SPECTACULAR ESTATE OF POTREROS, MOUNTAIN, INTERNAL WATERS, AND BEAUTIFUL OCEAN VIEWS
Nice farm normally dedicated to livestock, with large areas of pasture through which several streams of springs typical of the farm cross. It is surrounded by a public road in good condition but the use of 4x4 vehicles is recommended to avoid inconveniences. In addition, an easement crosses it from east to west.
The topography is undulating semi-ravine with natural plants throughout the farm.
On the west side, it is reached in a good section through a public cement street and then enter by a gravel road. This entrance is located in front of the Hotel Cuna de Angel in Dominicalito.
On the east side, it is reached by a paved road that is the one that connects San Isidro del General with Dominical and the rest of the beaches, then in the community of Tinamastes it is diverted to San Salvador by a public ballast road in very good condition, this road takes you directly to the farm crossing the Rio Barú.
This farm is full of a great variety of flora and fauna typical of the area. Despite being very close to the beaches, you can enjoy foggy days to the point of not being able to see the sea and therefore a very cool climate.
The views of the sea are spectacular, being able to be seen practically at the foot of Punta Dominicalito where the La Parcela Restaurant is located and the entire Dominicalito bay with its boats and pangas. It is a very nice and relaxing sight. Close to this point is the Paragliding Launch Dominical site, which is a tourist attraction that is highly enjoyed by foreigners and nationals.
Drinking water and electricity services are available throughout the front of the farm with the public street that connects San Salvador, in addition to all the potential that exists within the farm to obtain water and generate its own electricity as well. The fiber optic internet service is about 200 meters from the farm in the part that borders the Barú River, you only have to manage the service with the provider that provides it in the area.

In-plane E there is an abandoned structure that can be used by the owner as required. It is a disused communications tower that can be fitted out on at least the first three levels for a home or business. In front of this tower, there is one of the best views of Dominicalito from this farm. In the other area with sea views, there are a series of campuses where some tourist development can be carried out.

FINCA ESPECTACULAR DE POTREROS, MONTAÑA, AGUAS INTERNAS Y LINDAS VISTAS AL MAR
Linda finca dedicada normalmente a la ganadería, con grandes extensiones de pasto por el que cruzan varias quebradas de nacientes propias de la finca. La rodea un camino publico en buen estado pero se recomienda el uso de vehículos 4x4 para no tener inconvenientes. Aemás la atravieza una servidumbre de este a oeste.
La topografía es ondulada semi-quebrada con planteles naturales por toda la finca.
Por el lado oeste se llega en un buen tramo por calle pública encementada para luego ingresar por una camino de lastre. Esta entrada se ubica al frente del Hotel Cuna de Angel en Dominicalito.
Por el lado este se llega por carretera pavimentada que es la que comunica San Isidro del General con Dominical y resto de playas, luego en la comunidad de Tinamastes se desvia hacia San Salvador por camino público de lastre en muy buen estado, este camino le lleva directamente a la finca cruzando el Río Barú.
Esta finca está llena de gran variedad de flora y fauna típica de la zona. A pesar de estar muy cerca de las playas se puede disfrutar de días con neblina al punto de no poder verse el mar y por consiguiente de un clima muy fresco.
Las vistas al mar son espectaculares pudiendose divisar practicamente a los pies Punta Dominicalito en donde se situa el Restaurante La Parcela y toda la bahía de Dominicalito co sus lanchas y pangas paquedas. Es una vista muy linda y relajante. Cercano a este punto se encuentra el sitio Paragliding Launch Dominical lo cual es una de atracción turística muy disfrutada por extranjeros y nacionales.
En todo el frente de la finca con la calle pública que comunica a San Salvador están disponibles los servicios de agua potable y de electricidad, ademñas de todo el potencial que hay dentro de la finca para obtener agua y generar electricidad propia también. El servicio de internet por fibra óptica está a unos 200 metros de la finca en la parte que colinda con el Río Barú, solo se debe de gestionar el servicio con el proveedor que lo brinda en la zona.

En el plano E hay una estructura abandonada que se puede utilizar por el dueño en lo que disponga. Se trata de una torre de comunicaciones en desuso la cual se puede acondicionar en al menos los primeros tres niveles para una vivienda o negocio. Frente a esta torre hay una de las mejores vistas a Dominicalito desde esta finca. En la otra zona de vistas al mar hay una serie de planteles en donde se puede realizar algún desarrollo turístico.
